Congratulations Gary Hollywood - The 2017 WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Performance Coach Advance scholarship recipient.
Gary has been the Head Coach at Wellington’s Capital Swim Club since April 2016, previously holding coaching positions in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has coached athletes to all levels of events, including Commonwealth Games. In July this year he will be NZ National Team Coach for the Commonwealth Youth Games in Bahamas.
Gary is an outstanding coach who is having an impact on swimming in the region through the results his athletes are achieving, along with the attraction and retention of athletes in his programmes. The support and networking opportunities that being part of the Performance Coach Advance programme will offer Gary will help him continue his personal development.
