Congratulations to diver Arno Lee, recipient of a WHiPA Lloyd Morrison Aquatic Athlete Scholarship to assist him to compete at the FINA World Junior Diving Championship July 23-29 at Kyiv, Ukraine.
Arno represented New Zealand at the 2015 SSA Pacific School Games, where he won three gold and one silver medal, and the 2016 Australian Elite Junior Championships earning one silver and two bronze medals.
Last year he competed New Zealand National Championships, taking home three gold medals, and the Singapore National Championship where he won three gold medals and one bronze medal. He also broke the New Zealand record for Platform - Boys Age 13 & Under.
Arno is a member of Wellington Diving Club, and a year 9 student of Onslow College.
